Japan, March 2021.-  In  its eight edition, the Sakura Wine Awards awarded four medals to Carmen wines, highlighting the Gran Reserva range across its varieties. The Sakura Women’s Wine Awards are the only competition consisting only on female judges, 186 women in the Japanese wine industry, who tasted more than 4,500 wines from 32 countries. Indeed this is a special event for Carmen, winery that is led by Chief Winemaker Emily Faulconer since 2017.

2021年3月舉行的第八屆日本女性葡萄酒獎櫻花賞，卡門酒莊抱回四面獎牌，尤其是特級典藏系列大放異彩。女性葡萄酒獎櫻花賞是全世界唯一僅由女性評審所組成的競賽，186 在日本葡萄酒業的女性品嚐來自32個國家，4500多款葡萄酒。事實上，這對於卡門酒莊來說別具意義，因為自2017 年以來，卡門酒莊一直是由首席女性釀酒師 Emily Faulconer 所領導。

Carmen Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 obtained a Gold Medal, one of the best expressions from Chile’s Maipo Valley. Deep and intense ruby-red in color, the nose presents aromas of black currants, blackberries, and licorice with smooth, elegant cedar notes. The palate is very rich and generous yet fresh and vibrant at the same time. The wine has abundant fruit and firm tannins that lend structure and depth.

卡門2019年份特級典藏卡本內蘇維翁榮獲金牌，是智利瑪伊坡谷地最佳代表之一。深紅寶石色澤，能聞到黑加侖、黑莓、甘草以及柔順優雅的雪松香氣。口感兼具厚實大器及清新活力，豐富果味和結實單寧，賦予酒體結構和深度。
